If you are unsure whether to book highlights, balayage, specialist colour or extensions, start with a consultation or use the services guide. The studio will advise the most suitable service, artist level and appointment length for your hair goals.
Yes. All first colour appointments require either a virtual or in-studio consultation. This allows our team to assess your hair history, discuss your goals and service plan before confirming your booking. As our colour services are bespoke to each individual, this step ensures we can create the most suitable approach for your hair.
All new guests, or guests who have not visited the studio in the last 6 months, must have a skin allergy test 48 hours before a colour appointment.
Appointment length depends on the service, your hair history and the result you are aiming for. Simpler services may be shorter, while colour corrections, larger transformations and extensions require more time. A consultation will confirm the right booking length.
The studio requires at least 48 hours notice during business opening hours to cancel or modify an appointment. Without the required notice, 50% of the service may be charged. Clients who fail to show or give less than 3 hours notice will be charged the full amount. For larger appointments and advance bookings with Director or Sinéad, this extends to 5 days notice.
Tuesdays are family days. The rest of the week is reserved for adults only so clients can enjoy a quieter appointment experience. For health and safety reasons, pets are not permitted in the studio.
Yes, parking is available locally.
Weekdays: Parking is free after 11am. Before 11am, resident or visitor permits are required, which the studio is unable to provide.
Saturdays: Parking is free all day.
We are also around 25 minutes from Waterloo by train, with the nearest stations being Barnes Bridge, Barnes, and Mortlake.
Out-of-hours appointments can be arranged on request, subject to availability. An additional after-hours fee will apply.
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely happy with your service, please contact the salon as soon as possible so we can discuss the best way to resolve it. Any adjustments must be carried out within 7 days of your appointment, unless otherwise agreed.
